Can I bring my dog?

Sorry, but we don’t allow pets in the Chateau

Do I need to bring ancillary items such as washing up liquid, loo rolls etc?

No. We provide loo rolls, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, washing powder, tea towels, refuse sacks, and where applicable, kindling and firewood.

What about bed linen?

We provide 100% Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels. Though please bring your own pool towels!

What utilities are included?

Electricity, heating, TV and WIFI at no extra cost.

How do we get in to the property?

You will be asked for your approx ETA and one of our team will be on site to welcome you and give you a quick familiarity tour.

It's a celebration, can you recommend an in-house chef?

Yes. Just ask us for details and we can provide details of an excellent local chef.

Someone in our group has difficulty with stairs, would this be a problem?

Not a problem, there is a lift that goes from the ground floor to a bedroom upstairs – please see the floor plans for details.

Is there a floor plan or room layout of the property?

There certainly is, please download a PDF of the floorplan

Are bikes available for guests?

Yes, there are 6 adult bikes and at least 3 children’s bikes of various sizes

If we need help or assistance, is there anyone on site?

We are available via email and phone for the duration of your stay. Also our local representative, Isabelle is available to help with any questions during your stay and we will provide you with her contact details prior to your arrival.

Do we have to do anything to maintain the swimming pool?

No, we have a pool man who visits regularly to maintain the pool.  You are not required to do anything to the pool – just enjoy it!
